Parts Town UK is launching a new online live chat platform for its transactional website and app.
Coming as part of its Next Level Digital Project, the live chat functionality has undergone significant development as part of efforts to enhance the spare parts distributor’s customer experience.
Customers will be able to speak directly to a member of the Parts Town UK Customer Experience Team, and can expect to receive quick and detailed responses across the given services.
Services include requesting specific OEM manuals and guides, checking an order status, requesting a quote, applying for an account, and part identification which includes its 360-spin part imagery.
The live chat platform will be available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
