The partnership with Mirakl enables Lowe’s Marketplace to expand product offerings for every home project, supporting the growth of the Total Home Strategy.
Lowe’s has announced a strategic partnership with marketplace technology provider Mirakl to accelerate the expansion of its e-commerce Marketplace, bringing a broader selection, improved convenience, and more value to customers.
The Lowe’s Marketplace features an expanded assortment of third-party products across key categories such as indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen and bath, and home décor — all available for home delivery. Customers can also return Marketplace items purchased at any of Lowe’s 1,700+ stores nationwide.
Lowe’s aims to use the partnership to venture into new product categories within the home segment while supporting its Total Home Strategy. The integration also benefits members of the MyLowe’s Rewards program, who can now earn points on all Marketplace purchases.
“Our partnership with Mirakl allows Lowe’s Marketplace to offer a full complement of products to homeowners for every project around the home, driving our Total Home Strategy forward,” said Seemantini Godbole, Lowe’s EVP, Chief Digital and Information Officer.
Marvin Ellison, Chairman and CEO, said, “Despite near-term uncertainty and housing market headwinds, our team’s unwavering focus on exceptional customer service has earned Lowe’s the #1 ranking in customer satisfaction among home improvement retailers by JD Power.”
