Oh Polly Launches Pre-Loved in Collaboration with Treet

Pre-Loved offers customers a seamless, brand-led way to buy and sell second-hand items, promoting circular fashion and extending the lifecycle of garments.

Oh Polly has launched Pre-Loved in partnership with resale platform Treet, enabling customers to buy and sell second-hand items directly through the retailer’s channel. Currently in soft launch, consumers are being encouraged to create their own listings as part of a marketing campaign. 

Oh Polly said on LinkedIn that the launch of the new offering was part of its goal to reduce waste and promote “conscious consumption”. It noted that listings are reviewed by Treet, while sellers manage their own shipping and keep full control over pricing, and Treet also handles all customer service and support.

On LinkedIn, Oh Polly stated, “There’s already a thriving resale market for Oh Polly on platforms like Depop and Vinted. By bringing this experience in-house, we’re offering customers a seamless, brand-led alternative that promotes circular fashion and helps extend the lifecycle of our garments.”

“We’re also providing 110% store credit to customers who sell their items through Oh Polly Pre-Loved, turning second-hand sales into new Oh Polly moments.”

The fashion retailer said it launched the platform just four weeks after finalising the deal with Treet. During the first eight hours of the soft launch, 105 users signed up and 64 listings were created.
