In addition to flight-based earnings, the Atmos Rewards program includes a diverse range of non-airline partners to help members accumulate points even when not travelling.
Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines have unveiled Atmos Rewards, a new loyalty program designed to transform global travel experiences. The program unifies Mileage Plan and Hawaiian Airlines’ HawaiianMiles, creating a combined platform that offers members more choice, more rewards, and global access.
The new platform introduces flexible ways to earn valuable points across a worldwide network of more than 1,000 destinations, supported by Alaska, Hawaiian, and over 30 global airline partners, including the oneworld alliance.
In addition to flight-based earnings, the program includes a diverse range of non-airline partners to help members accumulate points even when not travelling.
“Atmos Rewards is more than a loyalty program – it’s a reflection of how guests travel today,” said Andrew Harrison, Chief Commercial Officer at Alaska Airlines. “We listened to what our members value most and built a program grounded in generosity, personalisation, and practicality.”

“We’re putting our members in the pilot’s seat, giving them control over how they earn and redeem, while honouring the legacy and values of both Alaska and Hawaiian.”
Features of New Atmos Rewards:
- Three Ways to Earn: Starting in 2026, members can choose how to earn points when flying—based on distance travelled (1 point per mile), price paid (5 points per $1 spent), or segments flown (500 points per flight segment). Members can change their preferences once per year.
- Reward Options: Points can be redeemed for award travel to over 1,000 destinations with Alaska, Hawaiian, and 30+ global partners. Redemptions start at just 4,500 points one-way.
- Starlink Wi-Fi for Members: Alaska and Hawaiian will install Starlink in-flight connectivity across their fleets starting in 2026, offering free, high-speed Wi-Fi exclusively for Atmos Rewards members through a partnership with T-Mobile.
- Expanded Partnerships: Members can now earn points on Lyft rides—2 points per $1 on standard rides and 3 points per $1 on airport and elevated rides. More partners will be added later this year.
- Hotel and Vacation Stays: Nearly one million properties worldwide are available for earning or redeeming points.
