Circles is leveraging OpenAI’s technology to build an AI-native platform that powers an app delivering context-aware, personalised experiences across connectivity, shopping, travel, gaming, wellness, and more.

Circles, a telco technology company, and OpenAI have announced a strategic global collaboration to build a fully AI-native telco platform. The platform aims to establish new standards for the telecom industry and enable operators to deliver enhanced technology-driven services in the AI-first era.

Telcos worldwide are struggling with declining customer NPS, retention, and profitability. In collaboration with OpenAI, Circles is building a fully AI-native SaaS platform that drives intelligence, productivity and profitability across research, operations, customer support and CRM for global operators.

The AI-native platform will launch in Singapore first, powering Circles.Life’s app, and will expand to Circles’ telco partners globally. This multi-year collaboration gives Circles access to OpenAI’s early-stage models and research programmes, positioning the company at the forefront of creating new AI benchmarks for telcos.
