DHL has announced a direct integration with Shopify, expanding its available international shipping services for US-based merchants.
Through this partnership, Shopify merchants can now access DHL eCommerce’s Parcel International Direct and Parcel International Standard services, and DHL Express Worldwide, offering reliable and cost-effective cross-border shipping solutions designed for small and medium-sized businesses.
As the demand for simplified international logistics continues to rise, Shopify merchants can now seamlessly access DHL’s international shipping services directly within Shopify.
This integration empowers merchants to expand into global markets with delivery services that simplify customs processes, reduce technical barriers, and enhance the customer experience.
Through the partnership, both DHL Express and DHL eCommerce (Parcel International Direct) offerings now include Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) services, allowing merchants the choice to either collect duties and taxes from customers at checkout or have customers pay them at the time of delivery.
