Dobbies Garden Centres is working with Adyen on a project covering payments in-store and online, supporting retail, restaurants and experiences.
The retailer, which operates 53 stores across the UK, stated that the platform is providing real-time insights that enable colleagues to resolve payment queries in under ten minutes, down from up to three hours.
The solution also supports smarter loyalty programmes and enhances experiences for Dobbies’ club members with more personalised rewards and seasonal offers.
