The new FIT Rewards store, available through the F45 Training App that features over 155 rewards, will offer a wide range of categories, including apparel, supplements, food & beverage, tech, and more.
F45 Training has announced the launch of its loyalty program, FIT Rewards, with Endurance Zone. The enhanced loyalty program turns dedication and sweat into perks, giving members more reasons to show up, push harder, and stay committed to their fitness goals.
Members can now rack up Loyals points through various ways beyond just class attendance – including sharing Lionheart reports to social platforms, completing in-app assessments, registering for F45 Challenge, and participating in special “Missions” that earn additional bonus Loyals points upon completion.
“F45 FIT Rewards is all about celebrating the effort our members put in and giving them even more reason to stay on track with their goals,” said Andrew West, Senior VP of Global Product at FIT, F45 Training’s Parent Company.
“After months of researching the market, we were thrilled to partner with Endurance Zone to launch this globally. This new technology and added perk will be a game-changing experience for our members.”

The new FIT Rewards store, available through the F45 Training App that features over 155 rewards, will offer a wide range of categories, including apparel, supplements, food & beverage, tech, and more. In addition, F45 members can redeem Loyalty points to unlock enhanced benefits like additional Passport visits beyond the six-per-month quota.
The next stage of FIT Rewards will distinguish the program from traditional loyalty offerings through its global scale and community-first design.
Individual F45 Training studios will have the ability to customise their reward offerings with community-specific perks – from neighbourhood cafés and smoothie bars to local events – delivering a personalised, hyper-local experience that reflects the unique spirit of each F45 community.
“This is exactly what modern fitness engagement should look like – frictionless, motivating, and packed with value,” said Chris Timms, Global Sales Director at Endurance Zone.
“We’re proud to help F45 deliver a truly global rewards programme that’s also deeply local. When members can earn points at one studio and spend them on rewards that actually mean something to them – that’s when loyalty becomes powerful.”
