Last-mile parcel automation provider Cleveron has partnered with delivery experience platform Ingrid to advance its Retail Driven Open Network (RDON) across Europe.
Using Cleveron’s robotics and Ingrid’s service point solution, the pair aims to create an open, retailer-led network that makes out-of-home delivery more convenient, sustainable and scalable.
They have collaborated for over four years to shape and test the RDON concept with ICA, Sweden’s largest grocery retailer. More than 150 ICA stores are now operational with the offering.
“Retail-driven open networks represent a fundamental shift in how we think about last-mile delivery,” said Fredrik Fenberg, Head of Sales and Business Development at Cleveron.
