Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Sonesta) has announced a new agreement with Viator, the travel experiences marketplace, to expand the benefits of its Sonesta Travel Pass loyalty program.
Through this collaboration, Sonesta Travel Pass members can now earn points when booking travel experiences powered by Viator’s catalogue of over 400,000 global tours, activities and excursions.
Whether seeking cultural immersions, guided tours, culinary activities or adrenaline-filled adventures, members can seamlessly integrate local experiences into their travels – while continuing to accumulate valuable loyalty points.
As part of the launch, in addition to the ongoing five points per $1 spend with Viator, Sonesta Travel Pass members will receive an additional 10% off all travel experience purchases.

Points earned from travel experience bookings can be redeemed across Sonesta’s portfolio of 13 distinctive brands, which offer travellers a selection spanning the upper-upscale, lifestyle, upscale, midscale, extended stay and economy segments.
Members can also enjoy perks such as complimentary upgrades, bonus point multipliers, special offers and welcome gifts with every stay.
