CAVA Launches Enhanced Loyalty Program

CAVA Brings Status Matching to the Table as an Industry First

With the new loyalty program, CAVA rewards members can earn points on eligible purchases (on the CAVA App and website), unlocking one of three annual status levels based on points accrued within the calendar year. 

CAVA has announced the rollout of its enhanced loyalty program, a version of its CAVA Rewards program that introduces three new status levels, Sea, Sand, and Sun, designed to reward and surprise its loyal guests. 

With the new loyalty program, CAVA rewards members can earn points on eligible purchases (on the CAVA App and website), unlocking one of three annual status levels based on points accrued within the calendar year. 

Once a member qualifies, they keep that tier for the remainder of the year and the next calendar year.

Three Mediterranean-Inspired Levels Built for Guests:

  • Sea (Entry Level): Available to all CAVA Rewards members, offering basic rewards, birthday perks, early access to updates, and member-only offers.
  • Sand (Unlocked after 1,500 Points): Unlocks additional benefits, more frequent rewards, and access to occasional point multipliers.
  • Sun (Unlocked after 4,500 Points): The top tier, providing the most generous rewards and opportunities to earn points faster during special promotions.
