Visa Introduces AI Insurance for Cardholders

Neat’s partnership with Visa introduces new digital insurance features aimed at improving transparency, personalisation, and the claims experience for cardholders.

Neat has partnered with Visa to enhance insurance and assistance services embedded within Visa cards across Europe. The partnership introduces new digital insurance features to improve transparency, personalisation, and the claims experience for cardholders.

The rollout will begin in France, covering more than 25 million cardholders, with expansion planned across other European markets.

The initiative is designed to improve how cardholders interact with embedded insurance by making services easier to access and understand.

This enables clearer communication, faster claims resolution, and reduced friction across insurance and assistance journeys.

“Insurance and assistance play a key role in the value a Visa card delivers to cardholders. In France alone, our embedded insurance programs already protect more than 25 million cardholders, both consumers and business owners.
