Through Plusgrade’s advanced technology, members can now transform rewards from programs like Bilt, Capital One, and Citi into experiences within Accor’s global network of 45 hotel brands and over 110 partners. 

ALL Accor and Plusgrade have collaboratively announced a partnership for a new, streamlined loyalty point exchange system, allowing ALL Accor members to convert points from other participating programs into Reward points. 

By partnering with Plusgrade and leveraging its specialised loyalty unit, Points, Accor strengthens its commitment to customer recognition, making loyalty programs more flexible and impactful.
