Authentic Brands Group has announced a partnership with Reshop, a platform focused on refunds for consumers and merchants. Reshop becomes the instant refund provider for brands within the Authentic portfolio, which will be introduced through a phased roll-out.
Reshop will be rolled out gradually across the Authentic portfolio, starting with brands like Reebok and Champion, to improve the post-purchase experience by offering customers faster and more flexible refund options.
