BOLT-ON TECHNOLOGY has announced the rollout of Reserve with Google for Retention Pro, an enhancement that allows customers to book appointments directly from a shop’s Google Business Profile in Search or Maps. 

With one tap, vehicle owners can select services, pick a time, and confirm their appointment without calling the shop. This new capability means fewer interruptions at the counter, more confirmed jobs, and a professional first impression every time a customer searches for repair services.
