Doxee S.p.A. has announced its agreement with Swb AG, an energy and telecommunications service provider in Germany. This strategic partnership aims to enhance swb AG’s document management and customer communications through the adoption of Doxee’s advanced Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions in SaaS mode.
With headquarters in Bremen, swb AG is known for its investments in energy, water, telecommunications, and waste disposal services, which provide essential services to citizens and businesses.
The implementation is being carried out as a SaaS solution, as part of the digitalisation strategy and integration with SAP CX solutions such as Sales and Service Cloud (SSC) and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
