The unified, real-time solution will enable Everise champion agents to resolve issues faster, bridge language and accent barriers with ease, and deliver more impactful, effective customer interactions. 

Everise, a CX solutions provider, has unveiled a strategic partnership with Krisp, deploying its industry-leading real-time voice AI platform across Everise’s agent workforce. This partnership combines Everise’s skilled team and operational know-how with Krisp’s AI technology.

The collaboration supports both companies’ vision of enhancing customer service by empowering agents with AI to deliver faster, clearer, and more effective interactions. This marks an important step in Everise’s efforts to improve productivity, communication clarity, and service quality on a large scale.

Krisp’s AI features, including noise cancellation and accent neutralisation, are active on 10,000 Everise seats worldwide and will be expanded further.

The unified, real-time solution will enable Everise champion agents to resolve issues faster, bridge language and accent barriers with ease, and deliver more impactful, effective customer interactions. Additional features like speech interpretation and Agent Assist are planned for a phased rollout at a later stage as part of the roadmap.
