Designed in partnership with tech providers And Digital, Valtech, Lab Digital and XCM, Frasers’ new platform will improve operational efficiencies through inventory allocation, stock management and product tracking.

Frasers Group is all set to launch a new digital platform across its websites and apps as it looks to improve its retail operations and online customer experience.

David Clark, Chief Customer Officer at Frasers Group, said, “This is a major project for Frasers, and the significant investment made demonstrates our confidence in our strategy and the strength of our business, as we continue to provide unmatched retail experiences for our customers, both in our store and online.”

Sports Direct France, Germany, Denmark and Spain are the first markets to migrate to the new platform, with further brands to follow in the coming months. The company said its new digital infrastructure across its sports, premium and luxury brands marks “a first of its kind investment” for the group and will drive the next stage of growth for the business”.
