Jetbeep Acquires Parcelsea

Jetbeep, a parcel locker technology specialist, announced its acquisition of Parcelsea.


Jetbeep, a Ukrainian provider of autonomous parcel locker technology, has announced the acquisition of its partner, Parcelsea, an Estonian last mile company specialising in parcel lockers for private homes and communities (the main product of Parcelsea, Community Locker, being built based on Jetbeep electronics and software). 

Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

The acquisition grants Jetbeep ownership of Parcelsea’s intellectual property and customer contracts and also enhances its key partnership with Omniva.
