JSX, a public charter air carrier, has announced the launch of a new loyalty program called Club JSX. With simple earning and redemption structures, the air carrier is offering its frequent customers new rewards whenever they fly.
The carrier’s new loyalty program, Club JSX, is straightforward. Members earn a flat 5% back in the form of “Rewards” on applicable base fares, seat fees and pet fees. Rewards function as future JSX trip credits.
This straightforward approach may appeal to travellers who prefer immediate savings over searching for award redemptions. The programme includes extra ways to earn.
Members receive bonus rewards on flights during their birthday month and benefit from targeted offers and incentives based on their travel patterns. In addition, referring a friend means both the referrer and the new traveller can earn a $100 flight credit after the first trip.
Club JSX also allows members to pool rewards with up to five others, a useful option for families or groups travelling together.
JSX maintains partnerships with both JetBlue and United Airlines, enabling members to earn additional rewards.
- JetBlue TrueBlue: Earn 150 points per segment for “Hop on” fares and 250 points per segment for “All in” fares.
- United MileagePlus: Earn up to 100% of the mileage flown based on the JSX fare class.
