Mirakl, a provider of ecommerce software solutions, has announced the acquisition of Adspert, an adtech company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in Germany, Adspert specialises in optimising online advertising for sellers on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc. and its technology will be integrated into Mirakl’s products.
Third-party sellers will then be able to manage their entire ecommerce activity from Mirakl Connect (management and onboarding of catalogues, advertising, promotion management).
