Morrisons Launches 350 Amazon Return Kiosks Across Stores

The new in-store service by Morrisons offers shoppers a “convenient and time-saving way” to return Amazon parcels whilst doing their weekly shop, according to the supermarket.

Morrisons has expanded its collaboration with Amazon by introducing 350 of the ecommerce giant’s return kiosks across its UK stores.

The new in-store service offers shoppers a “convenient and time-saving way” to return Amazon parcels whilst doing their weekly shop, according to the supermarket.

The return kiosks are fully automated, allowing customers to return eligible items in “just a few easy steps”.

After initiating a return through their Amazon account and following the prompts, shoppers can scan their QR code at the self-service kiosk and drop-off their product. The kiosks will be based next to the Amazon Locker or the customer service desk in the grocer’s stores.

Morrisons stores with the kiosks will appear as an option during the Amazon returns process.

John Parry, Head of Services, Morrisons, said, “With parcel deliveries now a part of everyday life for most people in the UK, the introduction of Amazon return kiosks in our stores makes it simple for customers to return parcels during their weekly shop, making it easier than ever before.”

“This convenient new service adds to our existing range of in-store offerings to help our customers and give them more reasons to shop at Morrisons.”

Further rollouts of the self-service kiosks are planned for the coming months, with their nationwide rollout expected to be completed in early 2026.
