Netigate, a European experience management SaaS player, has announced the acquisition of Mopinion, a provider of digital customer feedback software, founded and based in the Netherlands.
This strategic move adds digital feedback collection capabilities, strengthening Netigate’s comprehensive, enterprise-grade solution for feedback collection, analytics, and dashboards powered by AI.
The acquisition brings together Netigate’s established experience management solution, trusted by organisations such as Spotify, Lufthansa, and DB Schenker, with Mopinion’s real-time digital feedback technology, used by companies including Air France-KLM, Vodafone, and Allianz.
