Primark’s Click and Collect service is expanding to all of the retailer’s 184 stores in Great Britain by the end of 2025, following an 18-month trial.
Primark continued its Click and Collect roll-out last week, with its Lincoln store going live with the service.
In a LinkedIn post, Klaudia Pilarczyk, Team Manager at Primark Lincoln, said, “The past few weeks have been very busy and interesting starting with my training in Manchester to then planning and rolling out training to managers and colleagues at our store. A week of construction work later we are now fully set up and live.”
She added, “You can now get your wardrobe staples online seven days a week, 24 hours of the day. Visit our site to get your Click and Collect order delivered to our Lincoln store, where one of our lovely colleagues will assist you on your journey. It’s been a pleasure to be a lead in this exciting project!”
Also last week, Primark turned on Click and Collect at its Hanley, Hereford, Mansfield, West Bromwich, and Worcester stores.
In October, Primark launched Click and Collect at the retailer’s flagship Birmingham High Street store. It was one of 24 locations to go live with the offering at that time.
Amy Anson, Department Manager Level 2 at said store, commented, “It’s been an exciting few weeks, training all our colleagues in the ways of working, setting up our new Click and Collect area and seeing how our ever growing company expands further, to offer customers another way of shopping in our amazing stores. We can’t wait to get started!”
