Tottenham Hotspur Launches Salesforce-Powered Ecommerce Store

Tottenham Hotspur is designed to bring together customer data, digital commerce, and engagement across multiple touchpoints, supporting a more unified and personalised experience.

Tottenham Hotspur has launched an ecommerce platform as part of its Customer 360 strategy to improve digital customer experience and enable more connected fan interactions.

In a LinkedIn post, Rob Pickering, Chief Technology & Digital Officer, said: “Big day for Spurs fans worldwide! Today we went live with our new shop – a completely reimagined online retail experience for our fans, built as part of our partnership with Salesforce on Commerce Cloud.”

Pickering added, “This is more than a new ecommerce store – It’s the first major milestone in our Customer 360 vision – a connected data foundation that lets us understand and serve our fans better, whether they’re shopping online, at the stadium, or anywhere in between.”
