MTG has acquired Plarium to strengthen its position in mid-core and casual gaming and explore new growth opportunities across the combined organisation.
Modern Times Group (MTG) has announced that it successfully closed the transaction to acquire 100% of Plarium Global Ltd., the developer behind the RPG RAID: Shadow Legends.
The deal expands MTG’s position in the mid-core and casual gaming space. The company will begin onboarding Plarium and assessing how the combined group’s IP, technology, tools, and teams can support future performance and growth.
