Ipsos Acquires InMoment’s German Healthcare Division

The acquisition will improve Ipsos’ work in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, including a broader range of therapeutic area expertise and a more comprehensive methodological portfolio.

Ipsos announces the acquisition of InMoment’s Healthcare division in Germany. The deal comes after InMoment agreed to join experience measurement, data analytics and insights group Press Ganey Forsta for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition will improve Ipsos’ work in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, including a broader range of therapeutic area expertise and a more comprehensive methodological portfolio.

InMoment is a CX technology company focusing on AI, natural language processing and cross-industry tools, helping clients to collect and connect CX data from sources such as surveys, social reviews, conversational chat logs and transcripts.
