Zalando has secured an exclusive last-mile delivery deal with the post and logistics company Omniva for its orders in the Baltic states: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Omniva will leverage its network of parcel machines and courier services to manage all orders in the region.
Kristo Kõivumägi, Estonia and EU (European Union) Sales Head at Omniva, said, “The partnership is the result of nearly five years of determined effort and relationship-building. We’ve proven that Omniva is the right partner for the Baltics.”

Mariliis Karu, Zalando Market Development and Strategy Lead, stated that the partnership enhances delivery efficiency, introducing Saturday deliveries across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. It also streamlines the return process by providing a simplified, label-less return option to improve the customer experience.
