WebRezPro now integrates with Inntopia Marketing Cloud to unify guest data, automate personalised communications and maximise guest lifetime value.

WebRezPro, a cloud property management system for independent lodging operators, now integrates with Inntopia Marketing Cloud, a CRM and customer data platform (CDP) built for hotels and resorts. Together, the systems help operators unify guest data and trigger tailored communications that aim to enhance the guest experience and increase lifetime value.

By aggregating guest data from connected systems and touchpoints, Inntopia Marketing Cloud creates detailed guest profiles to support targeted marketing campaigns and provide front-line teams with timely insights as they engage with guests. Together, they help operators deliver more personalised experiences throughout the guest journey, which can support higher conversion rates and improved loyalty.
