Nectar360 Partners with Uber to Expand Loyalty Rewards

Nectar360 enables members to redeem Nectar points for Uber rides and Uber Eats orders, adding more flexibility to how customers use their rewards.

Nectar360, which owns and operates Nectar, a coalition loyalty scheme in the UK, has partnered with Uber to allow members to redeem Nectar points for Uber rides and Uber Eats orders.

The partnership introduced a new reward category within the Nectar programme, expanding its network of over 500 brand partners. Customers can exchange Nectar points for Uber vouchers in the Nectar app, with points ranging from 500 to 4,000, equivalent to £2.50 to £20.

The integration provides customers with more flexibility in how they use their loyalty rewards across everyday experiences.

The partnership marks Nectar’s first collaboration with a ride-hailing platform, adding a new dimension to its loyalty ecosystem. The offering is designed to enable customers to use their points across a variety of real-life scenarios, including travel and food delivery.

“We’re giving people more ways to enjoy the value they get from Nectar, making everyday moments more rewarding. Being able to use Nectar points on Uber rides or an Uber Eats treat is something we know people will love, because it fits so easily into everyday life. It’s an exciting first for us too, as our only ride-hailing partner,” said Amir Rasekh, Managing Director, Nectar360.

“Nectar has built a deep connection with British households, and we are so pleased to become their first-ever ride-hailing and delivery partner. By integrating our services, we’re providing Nectar’s loyal members with even more flexibility in how they spend their rewards, whether that’s a reliable ride home or a favourite meal delivered to their door, making daily life just that bit more seamless,” said Katie Hunter, Head of Grocery and Retail, Uber Eats.
