FIDELITONE Opens New Fulfilment Centre in New Jersey

FIDELITONE expands its fulfilment network with a new New Jersey facility designed to improve delivery speed, reduce shipping costs, and support omnichannel customer experiences.

FIDELITONE has announced the opening of a new fulfilment centre in Bridgeport, New Jersey, expanding the company’s nationwide fulfilment network and strengthening two-day delivery coverage across the United States.

The facility is designed to help brands improve delivery speed, reduce transportation costs, and support growing omnichannel fulfilment requirements across direct-to-consumer and retail operations.

According to the company, the New Jersey fulfilment centre enables brands to reach customers across the Northeast within one to two days using parcel ground shipping.

Combined with FIDELITONE’s existing fulfilment centres in Reno, Chicago, and Nashville, the company stated that its network can now reach 98% of the US population within two days through ground service.

The Bridgeport facility supports ecommerce fulfilment, direct-to-consumer fulfilment, and retail fulfilment services for enterprise and high-growth brands managing complex supply chain operations.

“Adding a fulfilment centre in the Northeast is a significant milestone for our clients and for FIDELITONE. This new location allows brands to position inventory closer to their customers, helping reduce transit times and shipping costs while improving the overall customer experience,” said Joe Giglio, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, FIDELITONE.

FIDELITONE offers pre-built integrations with Shopify, NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and other commerce technologies to simplify onboarding and systems connectivity for brands.

According to the company, the technology-enabled fulfilment network is designed to help organisations optimise inventory placement, improve order delivery performance, and scale operations more efficiently across channels.

The expansion also reflects growing demand from brands looking to build more resilient fulfilment networks while meeting increasing customer expectations around delivery speed and convenience.
