JetBlue and United Expand Reciprocal Loyalty Benefits

JetBlue and United expand their Blue Sky partnership with reciprocal loyalty benefits designed to improve customer convenience and connected travel experiences.

JetBlue and United Airlines have expanded their Blue Sky partnership with new reciprocal loyalty benefits for members of their TrueBlue and MileagePlus programmes.

According to the airlines, eligible loyalty members can now access benefits across both carrier networks, extending customer convenience and connected travel experiences through the collaboration.

The announcement follows the launch of the carriers’ Blue Sky interline agreement, which allows customers to earn and redeem points and book flights across both airline websites. Blue Sky was initially launched in May 2025.

Eligible travellers who add their frequent flyer number to bookings can now receive reciprocal loyalty benefits when flying on either airline.

“This latest enhancement to our Blue Sky collaboration offers even greater value to our brand loyal customers,” said Ed Pouthier, Vice President of Loyalty and Personalisation, JetBlue.
