Ecosmob said the solution includes capabilities such as speech-to-speech processing, interruption handling, sentiment analysis, contextual routing, multi-intent recognition, dialect support, and low-latency audio processing. These features are intended to create more natural and personalised customer interactions while improving operational efficiency.

The company noted that its voicebot architecture integrates with SIP, PBX, VoIP, CRM, and contact centre systems, allowing organisations to deploy conversational AI without disrupting existing workflows. Unlike subscription-based voicebot platforms, Ecosmob said businesses retain full control over workflows, integrations, deployment environments, and escalation processes.

Powered by technologies including OpenAI Whisper, Deepgram, OpenAI Realtime API, and WebRTC, the platform is designed to support production-scale enterprise environments where customer engagement, scalability, and response speed are critical.
