Heart of England Co-op Launches Rapid Grocery Delivery Service with Snappy Shopper

Heart of England Co-op has launched a rapid grocery delivery service, powered by Snappy Shopper, to provide customers with faster, more convenient online shopping.

Heart of England Co-op has launched Heart Delivered, a rapid grocery delivery service powered by Snappy Shopper’s white-label ecommerce platform, enabling customers across the Midlands to order groceries online for fast local delivery.

The service combines Snappy Shopper’s digital commerce platform with Nash’s last-mile delivery, helping the retailer extend its customer experience beyond physical stores while maintaining local community connections.

The launch reflects growing consumer demand for convenience, speed, and flexible shopping options across both online and in-store channels.

Expanding Convenience for Customers

“Heart Delivered is about making life easier for our customers while staying true to what makes our society special. Whether customers choose to shop in-store or online, they can expect the same commitment to quality, value, and community that has always been at the heart of our business. This launch gives customers greater flexibility and ensures we’re continuing to evolve our services to meet the needs of modern shoppers across the communities we serve,” said Steve Brown, Chief Executive Officer, Heart of England Co-op.

The new service enables customers to access products from their local Co-op store via a dedicated online platform, offering a more seamless, convenient shopping experience.

Strengthening Omnichannel Retail

As customer expectations continue to evolve, retailers are increasingly investing in rapid delivery services to provide greater flexibility and improve accessibility.

By combining local store fulfilment with digital ordering and fast delivery capabilities, Heart of England Co-op aims to enhance customer convenience while preserving the community-focused experience that has long been central to its brand.

The initiative highlights how regional retailers are using technology-enabled delivery services to strengthen customer engagement and meet changing shopping behaviours.
