Visa Launches AI Assistant for Banking Customers

DCYPHER Beauty will launch its AI-powered complexion technology in John Lewis stores, enabling customers to create personalised beauty products in-store.

DCYPHER Beauty, an AI-powered beauty brand, has launched its AI-powered complexion technology in John Lewis stores, marking the brand’s first physical retail rollout in the UK. The launch begins at the retailer’s Oxford Street flagship in August before expanding across additional stores during spring 2027.

Customers will be able to use the company’s AI technology in-store to analyse their skin and create personalised complexion products within minutes. The launch also marks the first stage of DCYPHER Beauty’s UK expansion ahead of planned growth in the US in 2027.

“For too long, beauty has been built around compromise, asking customers to adapt to predefined shades and settle for the closest possible match. DCYPHER puts the individual at the centre of the entire process. Every product is designed around the customer, creating something that is precise, personal and unequivocally theirs,” said Ruth De Leo, Co-Founder, DCYPHER Beauty.

“We are thrilled to be launching DCYPHER exclusively at John Lewis. We are committed to bringing our customers innovative, high-quality brands, and I know this launch is something they will be really excited about,” said Helen Spencer, Beauty Director, John Lewis.

DCYPHER said the technology enables customers to receive made-to-measure complexion products through an AI-powered skin analysis process, supporting a more personalised in-store beauty experience.
