Ahold Delhaize USA Expands Click2Cart Across Grocery Brands

Ahold Delhaize USA enhances customer experience by enabling seamless discovery-to-cart journeys through Click2Cart across digital channels and grocery brands.

Ahold Delhaize USA has announced a partnership with SmartCommerce to expand Click2Cart across its five omnichannel US grocery brands.

Customers shopping at Food Lion, The GIANT Company, Giant Food, Hannaford and Stop & Shop can now add products directly from digital ads, social media, and brand-owned channels into their online carts.

The integration creates a faster path from discovery to checkout, enabling customers to shop the products they need directly from where they discover them online.

With Click2Cart, shoppers can engage with digital content and add featured items directly to their carts, while Shopper’s Choice functionality lets them select their preferred brand at checkout.

For Ahold Delhaize USA and its partners, the integration connects off-site inspiration with store fulfilment, enabling shoppers to act on digital content and complete purchases with fewer interruptions.

It also enables consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands to connect campaigns with shoppable experiences across paid, owned, and earned channels.
