DRAI Health Adds AI Voice Personalisation to Patient Care

DRAI Health has introduced AI-powered personalised voice interactions in heyDRAI, helping deliver more natural, adaptive and patient-centred digital healthcare experiences.

DRAI Health, a provider of AI-powered digital healthcare solutions, has introduced personalised voice interaction capabilities to its heyDRAI platform. Powered by SpaceXAI technology, the new feature is designed to make AI-guided healthcare consultations more natural, context-aware and personalised, helping improve patient engagement and digital care experiences.

The new capability transforms text-based consultations into conversational interactions by allowing patients to choose from different voice styles, including calm and reassuring, clear and clinical, or energetic and motivational. Voice preferences are retained across future interactions, creating a more consistent and personalised healthcare experience.

“Healthcare conversations are deeply personal. Our goal is to make interactions with AI feel less transactional and more human. By integrating SpaceXAI technology into heyDRAI, we are enabling a more natural, adaptive and emotionally intelligent interface that enhances how patients interact with healthcare information,” said Gor Galstyan, Chief Technology Officer, DRAI Health.

According to DRAI Health, the SpaceXAI integration enables context-aware response generation, adaptive tone modulation, improved reasoning during multi-step healthcare interactions and more natural conversational pacing. The company said these capabilities help improve clarity, empathy and patient understanding during digital consultations.

The personalised voice functionality is designed to support wellness and preventive care, symptom assessment, chronic disease management and post-acute recovery. It also improves accessibility for patients who prefer voice-first interactions or find text-based interfaces more challenging to use.

DRAI Health said the new capability is now available within heyDRAI and will continue to evolve with additional features, including deeper personalisation, multilingual support and enhanced clinical interaction workflows.
