First Orion Expands Branded Calling with Boost Mobile Agreement

The expansion also allows First Orion’s branded calling customers to extend their reach to Boost Mobile subscribers without requiring additional action.

First Orion has announced a new agreement with Boost Mobile to deliver INFORM Branded Calling, enabling subscribers to see a business’s display name on incoming calls. The feature allows businesses to customise display names, helping build trust, increase answer rates, and improve brand visibility during customer interactions.

The two companies expand an existing partnership that began in 2025, when First Orion supported Boost Mobile as an analytics engine to identify nuisance and scam calls.

Under the expanded agreement, Boost Mobile subscribers receive calls with a business’s name displayed, helping them recognise callers and make more informed decisions about answering.

“As fraud continues to rise, restoring trust in voice communications has become a priority for carriers, brands, and consumers. Our agreement with Boost Mobile extends branded calling to millions more consumers and helps businesses reach their customers with greater transparency and confidence,” said Scott Hambuchen, CEO of First Orion.

The expansion also allows First Orion’s branded calling customers to extend their reach to Boost Mobile subscribers without requiring additional action. Branded calls are expected to begin appearing for Boost Mobile users in the coming months as part of the rollout.

“Providing our customers with greater transparency around incoming calls is an important step in improving the wireless experience,” said Sruthi Nair, Director of Voice Core Engineering & Automation, Boost Mobile.

Nair added, “Branded calling gives Boost Mobile subscribers more context about who is contacting them and supports our ongoing efforts to reduce unwanted and misleading calls.”
