Flybuy and unPLUG Partner to Enhance Restaurant Experiences

Flybuy has partnered with unPLUG to combine real-time location intelligence with digital ordering technology, helping restaurants deliver faster fulfilment and more personalised customer experiences.

Flybuy, an AI-powered location intelligence platform for restaurants, retailers and grocers, has partnered with unPLUG Dining, a digital ordering platform for restaurant brands, to create a first-party guest experience that helps restaurants increase revenue, improve operational efficiency and deliver faster, more personalised service across digital ordering channels.

Through a deep SDK integration, Flybuy and unPLUG will fit into restaurant brands’ first-party digital strategies. Guests will place orders through unPLUG’s digital ordering platform, while Flybuy’s real-time location technology and intelligent order readiness engine optimise fulfilment behind the scenes.

By combining unPLUG’s customisable guest experience platform with Flybuy’s location intelligence for customers and delivery drivers, restaurant operators will be able to better manage order pacing, reduce wait times, and improve order quality and accuracy, particularly for perishable food items.
