Havas, a global holding company, has acquired British marketing agency Ledger Bennett in a bid to advance its ambitions in the B2B space in both the British and global market. This latest strategic acquisition will enable Havas to develop its overarching operating model, helping its extensive list of clients to become more customer-focused. As part of its acquisition, Ledger Bennett will now be renamed ‘Ledger Bennett, a Havas Company’ and will join the agency’s wider family under the Havas Media Network.
Havas UK and Ireland CEO, Patrick Affleck said, “B2B marketing is ripe for disruption and Ledger Bennett are genuine disruptors within this space. Its ‘Forever Customer’ proposition, which focuses on creating lifetime value is both unique and differentiating and will bring further sophistication to our existing B2B offering,”
