Reputation has added five new features to its customer experience product suite.
The features are Instagram Carousel Posts, TikTok Integration, New Social Monitoring Tools, Smarts Insights Widgets for Social Listening, Optimal Publish Times.
The features aim to help businesses improve their social listening strategies and efficiently manage social media channels in one platform.

Instagram Carousel Posts allow marketers to upload up to ten photos or videos directly from the platform.
Meanwhile, the new TikTok integration makes it easy for social media managers to create posts from within the Reputation Social Suite and schedule them for posting on TikTok and other channels.
The new Social Listening tool – “Social Listening Industry Monitors” – captures and highlights the most relevant social topics within sectors such as healthcare and retail.
Supporting this is the Smart Insights Widgets for Social Listening. These widgets identify trends and track changes in Social Listening Industry Monitors.
In addition, they can create a call to action based on these popular trends and the levels of customer sentiment.
Finally, Optimal Publish Times determines the best times of day for audience engagement, supporting with post scheduling.

Elsewhere, Reputation recently integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enable organisations to centralise their customer data.
