Satisfi Labs, an AI customer engagement platform, has launched an AI ticketing agent for the tourism sector in partnership with ticketing platform Ventrata to simplify ticket purchases and improve visitor experiences.

The AI agent guides visitors through the entire booking journey within a single chat, from discovering attractions and comparing ticket options to completing purchases and receiving post-purchase support.

The solution has already been piloted by attractions including City Sightseeing New Orleans and One World Observatory, helping improve mobile ticket purchases and in-chat conversions.

Improving the Ticket Booking Experience

The AI agent uses live ticket availability, pricing and inventory through Ventrata’s platform, allowing visitors to complete purchases without leaving the chat experience. The integration adheres to OCTO standards, ensuring compatibility with other tourism ticketing providers.
