Boomi will now leverage ServiceNow’s Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) offering and Now Platform to help reimagine its customer support and expand its self-service capabilities.
ServiceNow, the AI platform for business transformation, is entering a strategic partnership with Boomi, a provider of intelligent integration and automation, with a commitment towards enhancing customer experiences with AI-based self-service. Manifesting as a series of technological integrations, ServiceNow and Boomi’s partnership centres AI as the catalyst for the connection and collaboration necessary for improving and accelerating operational efficiency at scale, according to the companies.
Between siloed data and isolated systems, organisations are suffering from foundational data problems that ultimately impact the customer experience. Citing IDC, only 12% of organisations connect customer data between departments, highlighting a severe disconnect between desired outcomes and the existing reality of data infrastructures.
Driven by this inefficiency, Boomi will now leverage ServiceNow’s Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) offering and Now Platform to help reimagine its customer support and expand its self-service capabilities. This will aid in eliminating silos and streamlining internal processes for Boomi, further leveraging ServiceNow’s App Engine to create a more intuitive user experience for Boomi’s Master Data Hub.
Additionally, this partnership sees the integration of Boomi’s advanced, lightweight API Management (APIM) solution with ServiceNow’s suite of intelligent automation solutions. Boomi’s APIM will help cultivate a centralised view across ServiceNow users’ API landscapes, forwarding complete visibility and the rapid discovery, provisioning, and securing of APIs—regardless of its location.
