With the Miles Retail Program, automotive finance and leasing companies can build hybrid customer journeys that seamlessly connect online and offline experiences.
Fleet software provider Sofico has added three new modules to their Miles Retail Program: Miles Dealer Point of Sales, Miles Showroom, and Miles Customer Self-Serve.
Thanks to these additions, “automotive finance and leasing companies can now offer their customers a cohesive journey across online and offline channels, tracking interactions in real time, and improving service levels throughout the acquisition process”, said Wim Knuts, Program Manager at Sofico.
With the Miles Retail Program, automotive finance and leasing companies can build hybrid customer journeys that seamlessly connect online and offline experiences, and make the whole process less complex, Sofico said.
The new modules reinforce the existing capabilities of Miles Enterprise, and enhance the ability of leasing companies and OEM captives to manage both the professional market (i.e. corporate fleets) and the retail market (i.e. SMEs and private individual customers) on a single platform, Sofico continues.
Key points of the three new modules:
- Miles Dealer Point of Sales: Enhances the sales process, improving customer satisfaction and boosting conversion rates, by presenting updated information on customer profiles, credit applications, and relevant promotions to sales representatives.
- Miles Showroom: Integrates the acquisition process into the Miles Enterprise ecosystem, thus personalising interactions across online and physical touchpoints, enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting higher engagement and loyalty. This module keeps track of customer behaviour, generating valuable data for automotive finance and leasing providers to follow up on.
- Miles Customer Self-Serve: Allows customers to self-manage their contracts and personal data, reducing back-office resource demands and enabling automotive finance providers to scale their operations efficiently.
