BLS International has launched an AI-powered VoiceBot in the UK to deliver faster, more personalised visa support through round-the-clock assistance.
BLS International, a global visa processing and consular services provider, has launched its AI-powered VoiceBot in the UK market for the Spanish mission, expanding its use of conversational AI to improve applicant experiences.
The VoiceBot provides 24/7 virtual assistance to visa applicants, offering instant responses to enquiries ranging from documentation requirements and appointment scheduling to consular services and application status updates. The launch follows earlier deployments at the India Visa Application Centre in Canada and the Spain–Ireland visa mission.
The move reflects BLS International’s broader strategy of leveraging AI and automation to simplify visa processes and deliver a more seamless customer experience.
Bringing AI-Powered Support to Visa Services
The VoiceBot is designed to deliver human-like interactions and includes real-time sentiment analysis that can detect applicant concerns and urgency, enabling more empathetic responses and escalations when needed.

The platform is built using Azure ML Python SDK v2 and integrates with existing systems through APIs to enable real-time data exchange and customer support.
Building an Omnichannel Customer Experience
Alongside VoiceBot, BLS International has deployed an AI Quality Analysis framework that monitors interactions in near real time, assessing conversations for quality, compliance, and sentiment.
“From architecting the AI framework and refining training models based on insights from our Ireland deployment to ensuring seamless integration, every layer of the VoiceBot has been purpose-built for scalability,” said Nitin Mishra, Vice President – Global Contact Centres, BLS International.
The company plans to expand its AI ecosystem further by introducing ChatBots and Email Bots across global markets, with the long-term goal of creating a fully integrated digital concierge that supports applicants throughout their visa journey.
