Synthflow AI has formed a strategic partnership with 8×8 to bring next-generation agentic AI agents to enterprise contact centres.

The collaboration integrates Synthflow into the 8×8 Contact Centre to automate self-service while enhancing agent support across AI calls, chat, and digital channels.

The solution helps businesses avoid missed calls, convert more leads, improve customer satisfaction scores, and reduce operational costs, while enabling AI assistants to be set up without developer support.

The partnership addresses the growing demand for enterprise-ready conversational AI as the global voice AI market continues to expand.
