Trustpilot has strengthened its partnership with Shopify, making it easier for merchants to collect, manage and showcase customer reviews while building trust in AI-driven ecommerce.

Trustpilot, a customer feedback platform, has strengthened its partnership with Shopify, becoming a key product partner for reviews within the ecommerce platform. The expanded partnership will make it easier for merchants to collect, manage and showcase customer reviews while strengthening transparency and consumer trust in AI-driven ecommerce.

As AI continues to reshape digital commerce, making it easier to launch and scale online storefronts, trusted third-party feedback is becoming increasingly important to consumers when deciding where to shop. Independent customer reviews are also becoming more valuable as AI-powered search, recommendations, and shopping assistants increasingly rely on trusted reputation signals.

Through the enhanced Trustpilot app on the Shopify App Store, Shopify merchants will be able to connect their stores directly with the Trustpilot platform, making it easier to collect, manage and showcase customer reviews.
