Alchemer Expands Digital Platform for In-App Feedback and Insights

Alchemer enhances digital customer experience with new in-app feedback capabilities designed to improve sentiment tracking, response rates, and actionable insights at scale.

Alchemer has announced new enhancements to Alchemer Digital, expanding its capabilities to capture and act on in-app customer feedback across mobile apps, websites, and SaaS platforms.

The updates introduce recurring digital prompts, multi-target interactions, and a faster, more secure SDK designed to help organisations collect feedback, understand customer sentiment, and improve digital experiences more efficiently.

According to Alchemer, the platform enables businesses to maintain a continuous view of user experience while creating more opportunities to engage customers and gather insights directly within digital environments.

“Digital teams need continuous, contextual feedback that connects to action and results. Our latest Digital release extends our ability to make it easier for organisations to capture meaningful in-app insights with a best-in-class user experience, while also increasing their app store ratings,” said Ryan Tamminga, Chief Customer Officer, Alchemer.

Recurring Digital Prompts

Alchemer introduced recurring digital prompts to help organisations engage users multiple times within applications, improving response rates and capturing evolving sentiment over time.

The prompts are designed to support ongoing feedback collection while helping teams track satisfaction trends and customer experience changes directly within the app environment.

Multi-Target Interactions

The new multi-target interactions capability allows customer experience teams to manage surveys and prompts across multiple applications from a single interface.

The feature simplifies reporting, reduces duplication of effort, and enables teams to test workflows, validate updates, and engage broader audience segments without heavy reliance on development resources.

Faster and More Secure SDK

Alchemer also introduced an updated SDK designed to reduce application footprint, improve load times, and strengthen security.

The company said the improvements are intended to support smoother user experiences while maintaining enterprise-grade security standards.

Customer Results

Alchemer Digital currently reaches more than 500 million users per month across its customer base, with more than 55 million monthly interactions.

The company stated that 85% of Alchemer Digital customers with a two-star app rating improved their ratings to more than 4.5 stars within the first year of implementation.

Flashscore, a global sports scores and statistics platform, used Alchemer Digital to launch surveys directly within its app environment and reported response rates increasing to 20%.

“Alchemer Digital has been game-changing in how we engage our global audience. With more than 100 million monthly users, we needed a solution that could scale across channels while delivering actionable insights in real time. With Alchemer, we significantly increased response rates and uncovered strategic insights that directly fueled new revenue opportunities,” said Matěj Kvasnička, Head of Product Design and Research, Livesport/Flashscore.
