DNA Payments and OnePlusTwo Partner on Self-Service Retail Technology

DNA Payments and OnePlusTwo simplify self-service experiences with integrated kiosks, payments, and ordering systems designed for hospitality and retail businesses.

DNA Payments and OnePlusTwo have announced a partnership to expand self-service kiosks and integrated payment solutions across hospitality and retail businesses in the UK.

The collaboration combines DNA Payments’ payment infrastructure with OnePlusTwo’s Point of Sale (POS), self-service, and Kitchen Display System (KDS) technologies to create an integrated commerce solution for in-store, self-service, and online transactions.

The partnership comes as more small and medium-sized enterprises adopt automation technologies to improve competitiveness and streamline customer interactions.

According to the companies, the joint solution integrates self-service kiosks, payments, kitchen display systems, and ecommerce capabilities into a single workflow designed to support smoother customer journeys from ordering to fulfilment.

“Automation and self-service are no longer just for the big names on the high street. Our partnership with OnePlusTwo is about making that technology accessible, secure, and simple to use. In tough economic times, making payments easier matters more than ever, so businesses of any size can enjoy smooth, unattended payment experiences,” said Colin Neil, Chief Executive Officer, DNA Payments.

“We have always aimed to make payments simple and straightforward. By working with DNA Payments, we can now offer a true all-in-one solution. Whether it’s a seasonal food truck or busy quick-service restaurant, our new terminals and DNA’s secure payments infrastructure offer flexibility and reliability that even the biggest fintech companies struggle to match,” said Ahmed Sadeeq, OnePlusTwo.

Integrated Self-Service and Payment Experiences

The partnership enables businesses to deploy unattended kiosks that support ordering and payment workflows without requiring continuous staff oversight.

This allows employees to focus more on customer interactions while automation handles order entry and payment processing.

In hospitality environments, orders placed through kiosks or ecommerce channels connect directly to kitchen display systems, reducing manual intervention and helping improve order accuracy and fulfilment speed.

The integration of POS, self-service kiosks, payments, KDS, and ecommerce platforms also provides businesses with a unified operational view across customer touchpoints.
