Southern Co-op has partnered with Snappy Shopper to expand its rapid grocery delivery offering across 140 stores through a new digital ordering experience.
The partnership enables customers to access rapid grocery delivery services while supporting a more connected and scalable ecommerce experience across multiple ordering channels.
Through Snappy Shopper’s Order Aggregation (OA) technology, Southern Co-op has also integrated with Foodhub to expand customer access points and streamline digital ordering operations.
According to the companies, the initiative is designed to improve convenience, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase customer engagement through rapid delivery and rewards-led shopping experiences.
Early performance indicators showed strong customer adoption, with an average order value of £28 alongside promotional rewards designed to encourage repeat purchases and customer retention.
The rewards strategy includes:
- £17 in rewards
- £2 off orders over £50
- £5 off orders over £80
- £10 off orders over £120

The initiative also introduces scratchcard-style promotional mechanics to increase repeat orders and customer engagement across the platform.
